Our client, a Public List Sector is looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Carry out the IT budget estimation and technical solutions design;
• Overall tendering process including the preparation of tender documents, evaluation, and documentation;
• Liaise with internal and external parties during the implementation of the project;
• Prepare and document user requirements and report on project progress against on milestones, inform of any potential risk;
• To participate in technical evaluation, demonstration and testing activities;
• Monitor the performance of the contractors including the achievement of milestones and product quality;
• Conduct quality control measures for the project;
• Perform project administration and prepare any documentation.

Requirements:-

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer-related discipline;
• At least 8 years working experience in IT and 3 years experience in project administration, management and implementation;
• Experience in system integration and monitoring of outsourced projects;
• Excellent communication skills and written English and Chinese;
• Less experience will also consider as IT Project Analyst.
