Responsibilities 

• Provide 1st-tier system support to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Responsible for installation, administration, and maintenance on both network and system infrastructure environment
• Responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting on IT hardware, network and software.
• Participate in network project implementation and infrastructure development
• Providing support on Serves, Web infrastructure, LAN, VPN , network appliance, database, email system and other computer systems
• System administration of Window servers involving installation, configuration and System troubleshooting and break fix services
• Assist in writing documentation & menu and training preparation 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing, Networking or related IT discipline
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in networking and server administration
• Familiar with system infrastructure design with strong knowledge of Linux servers technologies
• Holder of Cisco related certification or VMWare/ VCP/ VCA is an advantage
• Experience with VMWare, EMC and Cisco Network and Cloud projects is a plus
• Good knowledge on various vendor products such as Cisco, Juniper, F5 and Citrix
• Exposure to network monitoring and performance management tools (PRTG, Solarwinds, etc.)
• Fluent in Cantonese and communicate in English and Mandarin
