Key Responsibilities

• To oversee all IT-related aspects of the business, operations and support functions of the group;
• To establish and direct the IS/IT strategy and architecture in alignment with our business strategy;
• To lead and formulate technology roadmap, manage portfolio of IT projects to fulfill business requirements;
• To manage the introduction, development, utilization and eventual replacement of information technologies that provide the company with the optimum benefit;
• To ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems and the preservation of assets, information security and control structures;
• To maintain and test business continuity plans, in conjunction with other operations colleagues;
• To participate in strategic and operational governance processes;
• To motivate and develop the IT team to ensure commitment and effective performance in accordance with established IT standards and practices as well as the Company’s policies and procedures and the required standards of business behavior ; and
• To perform ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years working experience in IT Management with 5 years in senior management role. Exposure in insurance industry would be an advantage;
• With strong sense of commitment and organizational skills, able to work under tight deadlines and manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills;
• Innovative and withall-rounded knowledge in IT field;
• Proficiency in both written and oral English and Chinese.

We offer 5-day work week, double pay, discretionary performance bonus and medical plan. Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
