Job Description:

- Join a rapidly expanding  team to deliver Best-of-Breed professional services to enterprise/public sector accounts
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis
- To write professional comprehensive documentation, such as proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user manual, etc.
- To work with the Project Manager to support end-to-end application implementation services and project delivery
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Provision of pre-sales support for external customers

Job Requirements:

- Tertiary educated in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4 years’ working experience in business analyst, solution advisory and/or software design;
- Solid experience in using analysis techniques, such as Process Modeling, Data Dictionary, DFD, Data Modeling, Metrics
- Strong business sense and good business writing skills
- Vender management experience from local and/or PRC is a plus
