Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures (Router, Switch, DFS, DHCP, DNS, VPN etc.)
• Perform daily network monitoring (fixed and wireless)
• Implement network changes in accordance with change procedure
• Perform system capacity monitoring
• Perform system administrative role in data center facilities, servers, firewall, VMware, email, etc
• Perform network and system preventive maintenance
• Maintain the document up to date (including network diagram, operation procedure etc.)

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Telecommunications or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in LAN/WAN network infrastructure support environment
• Hands-on experience in CISCO products, TCP/IP, firewalls, LAN / WAN, DHCP, DNS
• Professional qualification on networking (such as Cisco CCNA / CCNP, Check Point CCSA) would be an advantage
• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
