Our client from an US manufacturing company is looking for a Technical Service Manager to join in.

This person is the single contact point between the local IT team and global IT team to organize IT projects, and reporting to CIO based in US. 

Responsibilities 

• Working with local IT team to roll out technology solutions under corporate standard and share technical skills or transfer knowledge
• Manage and monitor the IT projects to ensure all the activities are under the standard
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors during project lifecycle
• Single contact point between global and local IT team ensure projects are run and resolve in timely manner
• Provide and prepare technical training documents for local IT team
• Continuous improvement on technical aspect in the region, review local idea/demand, consolidate and communicate to Global IT team 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related
• Certificates in PMP or ITIL will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience in service management
• Experience in MS Windows Platform (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SQL, Azure, Office 365, etc)
• Experience in Virtualization Platform (VMWare, Hyper-V)
• Solid understanding of Cisco Firewall, Switch and Routers.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese.
