Responsibilities:

• Drive the advancement of the company’s infrastructure with latest technologies and industry best practices
• Lead a technical team to manage a hybrid cloud environment to support the company’s 7x24 business applications and services
• Manage IT infrastructure & security projects, and collaborate with external vendors/partners for successful project completion
• Establish IT policies and procedures with reference to industry best practices in infrastructure and operation areas, including system and network security, user privilege management, change management, disaster recover, incident response, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of working experience in hybrid-cloud infrastructure design, daily operations, incident response and disaster recovery

• Expertise (with hands on technical skills) in the following areas:

• Large scale server farm management
• Hybrid cloud architecture with public cloud providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Virtualization and container technologies
• Internet & other network application systems (e.g. web, proxy, email, distributed file systems, databases, etc)

• Knowledge on information security, networking, JAVA and/or database is highly desirable
• Flexible and hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to communicate efficiently in Mandarin is essential
