Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively to addresses the conceptual/planning level of the technology in collaboration with other architects and subject matters experts
- Design application interfaces and software services to maximize reuse based on the business processes and governance rules for sharing
- Utilizes capability modeling to align collaboration strategy and planning with business strategy and goals
- Implement Devops and Full-Stack model to the SDLC process and conduct it under SCRUM methodologies
- Participate in testing phase across Application Development and Quality Assurance
- Oversees the documentation of all architecture design and analysis work
- Provide guidance and coaching to Application Development team in the development of the application solutions
- Engage with individual team members to share successful/challenges in work place
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years of experience in IT industry, in which 5+ years of experience as a technology leader with proven record(s) in practicing the associated application technologies
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, C#, Python, .NET etc.)
- Experience in J2EE, Microservices, DevOps and Agile methodology are preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic IT technologies and related processes, procedures, and decision support
- Knowledge of application design in OO programming, API, UML, Tiered architecture, Relational Databases and Web development
- In-depth knowledge in iOS/Android/React Native mobile application development.Prior work experience on large-scale project in government sector is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is a plus
