Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for an Global IT Support/ Operator  :

Job Responsibilities:

For Global IT Support

• Provide quality customer service to all of our users through all our channels (On-site, Phone, E-Mail)
• The primary responsibility is to answer support needs via telephone and email, registering calls to logging system and give initial support to users
• To perform support according to defined processes and methods
• Forward, escalate and follow-up calls to central competence groups internally and externally
• To liaise with vendors for the maintenance of hardware and service for users

For Operator

• Provide technical support to end users
• Provide first line problem solving and escalation
• Provide onsite technical support services
• Perform hardware support and troubleshooting service
• Perform software installation, configuration and troubleshooting service
• Perform system healthiness monitoring and verification
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above  in Computer Science / Engineering
• 1-5 years support experience in deskside support / Operator
• Experience on trouble shooting internal application/ systems
• Strong technical problem-solving
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
