Job Duties:

• Perform network administration and technical support on LAN/WAN environment with specific focus on departmental network systems, firewall appliances and SSL VPN gateway
• Liaise with users and vendors for requirement study, implementation and on-going support activities
• Participate in technical specification development and proposal evaluation for new or network revamp projects
• Prepare test plan and conduct acceptance test
• Install security patches on various hardware platforms and software applications
• Update technical documents and prepare operation manual

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering,Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  
• At least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure support on Cisco equipment in the WAN/LAN environment
• Sound knowledge about TCP/IP network, WAN/LAN technologies, OSPF routing adopted in WAN/LAN environment
• Hands-on experience in firewall products, including Juniper/ Checkpoint/ Fortinet firewall, is preferred
• Knowledge in Domain Name Service, Virtual Private Network, server load balancing is preferred;
• Possession of certification of CCNA or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• HK permanent resident is required
