Job Brief

To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst (SAP BW/BO). The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Builds, maintains and tests reports and dashboards within SAP BW and BO suite (Webi and Crystal Reports)
• Maintains the ETL process of data within and between SAP, POS, CRM, and other data sources
• Documents new and existing models, solutions, and implementations
• Troubleshoots BI applications, tracks performance and assists in performance tuning issues
• Collect Users ‘requirement on BI applications
• Provides users training on the use of BI solutions
• Ensure data integrity between source systems and BI system and front-end interface
• Involve in change request process which includes impact analysis, effort estimation and user acceptance testing support

Requirements 

• BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in SAP BI development on BW/BO programming
• Sound knowledge of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS…etc)
• SAP MM/SD/FI application knowledge is a plus
• Experience in retail industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Immediate available is highly preferred
