Responsibilities: -

• Define and develop web solution product roadmap, specification and development strategies
• Lead and manage cross functional teams to drive projects, and achieve all deliverables and integral performance
• Develop and implement new initiatives aiming to deliver best features and usability of new technologies
• Consolidate all product specifications and requirements with different stakeholders
• Develop the go-to-market plan for product launching and promotion; craft the core product positioning and messaging, consider value proposition, target audience, competitive landscape and other related factors
• Define and analyze metrics that determine the success of product initiatives, measure product quality and performance against the goals, initiate the QA &UAT test planning
• Translate business requirement into well formulated solution

Requirements: -

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing and/or Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 5 years relevant experience with sound knowledge in digital technologies, mobile & web technologies, internet social and general digital market environments
• Solid experience in business analysis or project management within commercial industry is a must
• Experience in Advertising/Services market place and eCommerce industry is preferred
• Good in technical design
• Knowledge in web programming technique (e.g. python, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Database) is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, business acumen and with entrepreneurial mindset
• Positive, mature, disciplines, motivated with good interpersonal skill and willing to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager
