Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Deal with contractors/ vendors on technical matters
- Provide End-users support hardware & software applications
- Provide on-site/ remote trouble shooting for technical related problems
- Support experience in MS Windows, NT Server; MS SQL Server , Office 365, VMware , Hyper-V
Requirement:-
- Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
- Self-motivated and can independently manage a large service territory
- Good communications skill and customer focused
- 1-2 years relevant working experiences is an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
