Job title: Senior Java Developer/Consultant (Hong Kong)
Opportunity type: Full-Time
Salary Range: HKD 680,000 to HKD 920,000 depending on experience
Position details:
Our client is currently recruiting an experienced engineer to join our Professional Services team in Singapore. The candidate will have responsibility for the design and development of specific functionalities and also to customize solutions for each customer’s specific requirements. The Senior Consultant could be involved on pre-sales activity, delivering demos or preparing prototypes. The successful candidate must work well independently and in small groups. Innovative thinkers are encouraged to apply. Our client is a global and young company that is growing. As an experienced engineer, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a creative and agile approach to problem solving
Work based competencies:Essential in:
Experience working in the area of product and application development using Java (Core)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Candidate must be authorized and prepared to work in South East Asia and Austalia
Desirable in:
JavasScript/ REACT
Knowledge of financial instruments and mathematics is a plus
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
