Job Responsibilities

• Owns the HK Cloud Technologies Strategy, Policies, Processes and Standards in collaboration with various IT teams at the Corporate level.
• Drives the adoption and migration of infrastructure services to the public cloud platforms with measurable business values.
• Drives the adoption of cloud technologies including the migration of existing infrastructure services from on-premises data center to the public cloud platforms.
• Leads the cloud technologies & service support operations and providing leadership and direction to various IT teams.
• Performance Management – measuring and reporting the cloud technologies performance for ensuring that business demands and objectives are met.
• Financial Management – ensuring technology spending is well under control with high transparency.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation – fosters innovation to improve both service quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification or higher.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years in managing or leading large scale infrastructure design, support and operations preferably in Insurance and Financial industries.
• Good knowledge in cloud technology including both adoption and migration approaches (AWS and Azure preferred).
• Sound DevOps implementation experience and operation skills.
• Good knowledge in major infrastructure platforms such as network, server virtualization, storage and backup, data center operations, IT governance framework and basic information security principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all level of people
