Job Description
An exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading banks in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large scale projects with cross functional teams using agile methodology in a fast paced environment
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with business objectives
- Drive consistent delivery and continuous improvement to ensure smooth operation and speed of solution delivery
- Establish effective communication and positive relationship with local BU
- Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks to delivery, and establish contingency plans to reduce delivery impact
- Establish proper governance to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance
Requirement
- Degree holder in IT/Computer Sciences or related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in application development & service delivery
- Experience in internet/mobile/digital delivery using Agile methodologies
- CI/CD tools (Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Stash)
