Job Duties

• Responsible for System Administration
• Maintain Website and Database system in Data Centre
• Handle system installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting virtualization and storage infrastructure
• Support document management project
• Formulate and maintain group policy, user procedural manual and technical documentation for system installations and subsequent changes
• Configure security settings or access permissions
• Analyse and report computer system security breaches or attempted breaches
• Provide training to users in network applications software
• Assistant in workstations setup and configuration in needed
• Provide help desk troubleshooting service
• Perform regular review in all Audit/System logs and backup

 Requirements

• Diploma holder in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sizeable firm
• At least 1-2 year relevant experiences in Helpdesk or end user support
• Experience in Linux/Windows sever administration and VMware
• Solid experience in setup and supporting Microsoft platform, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, MS SQL Server
• Good knowledge of database administration and scripting skills, preferable on MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with FTP and Web Server setup and maintenance
• Good knowledge and experience of NAS, SAN storage, backup and recovery solutions  
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self- discipline, proactive, independent, hardworking and able to work under pressure
