The Job

• Provide specialist knowledge in applying FXHK solution to customer business challenges
• To work closely with sales team by providing guidance on solution design and service delivery expectation
• Facilitation of customer solution understanding through meetings, presentations, and demonstration throughout the sales cycle
• To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
• Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
• To work with the post-sales team in handling over any pre-sales efforts
• Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationship with clients to be company’s benefit

 The Person

• Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Accounting /Finance, or equivalent years of experience
• Proven track record in a pre-sales environment within an IT/Software solutions business
• Technically skilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communication and presentation skills
• 2 years BPM/ERP/HR solution application experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and to be proactive
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
