The Job

• Develop IT policies and procedures on a basis for ensuring consistency in standards and leveraging of common systems
• Develop and implement appropriate IT strategy / policies
• Recruit and build up the regional IT team and local IT team; develop professional staff to ensure excellent services delivery
• Lead and supervise the team to facilitate recruitment process for office vacancies to achieve the business objectives

The Person

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any Business related disciplines
• A minimum of 10 years 's relevant experience in IT management, preferably in MNC
• A team player with strong initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge in digital initiatives / technologies
• Experience in managing and developing applications in supply chain, commission, business performance, financial and management accounting or data warehouse areas
• Good command of written and oral Chinese and English
