Job Description:

        •      Responsible for providing day-to-day POS support and trouble-shooting of software in relation to the internal systems

        •      Conduct program testing, system integration testing and user acceptance and training

        •      Conduct trouble-shooting on reported problem and incidents, and provide technical support to user

        •      Requirement analysis and documentation

        •      Prepare system documentation and user guide

        •      Report and Application development

        •      Handle related department jobs as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:

        •      Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Subjects or equivalent

        •      1-3 years’ relevant working experience using Oracle/SQL server/MySQL

        •      Hands-on experience in SAP

        •      Good communication and interpersonal skills

        •      Eager to learn new products and solutions

        •      Basic Knowledge in Retail

        •      Good command of written and spoken in Chinese/Mandarin and English
