Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support and helpdesk services for PC hardware and business applications
- Provide remote/deskside to end user support
- Follow up with helpdesk cases and perform escalation
- Keep track on status of Service Requests and Incidents according to defined procedure
- Monitoring servers, network and computer systems up and running
- Network and infrastructure setup and support
- Execution of backup strategy and system recovery
Job Requirement:
- F.6 (DSE) or above
- 1 year IT helpdesk support or relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- With Basic PC / network knowledge
- Immediate available is preferred
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, systems and software applications
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
