Job Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support and helpdesk services for PC hardware and business applications
• Provide remote/deskside to end user support
• Follow up with helpdesk cases and perform escalation
  
• Keep track on status of Service Requests and Incidents according to defined procedure
• Monitoring servers, network and computer systems up and running
• Network and infrastructure setup and support
• Execution of backup strategy and system recovery

Job Requirement: 

• F.6 (DSE) or above
• 1 year IT helpdesk support or relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• With Basic PC / network knowledge
• Immediate available is preferred 
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, systems and software applications
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
