Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage systems capacity, performance, IT security, availability and patch management
- Ensure all servers and network are stable and meet service level agreement (SLA)
- Prepare and maintain IT operation manuals
- Plan and deploy IT infrastructure
- In charge of school IT systems development, implementation, support and maintenance
- Take up other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Holder of MCSE / CCNA / VCP preferred
- 3 years’ experience in IT system and network administration
- Strong technical skills on Windows Server, VMWare and monitoring tools to achieve infrastructure with high availability
- Experience in SAN Storage and VEEAM Backup, IT system and network administration
- Hands-on experience with various security patching systems including Microsoft’s WSUS Server or any other third-party application, Sonicwall Firewall, Group Policy Object and Crystal Report is advantage
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and along with team members
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
