Description:

The Product Specialist is responsible for meeting goals and objectives in Product Management and Development, as well as Product Support and Training. The person in this role acts as a liaison between Tink Labs and our collaboration vendors and works with the management to align specific objectives with firm initiatives and goals.  Finally, the Product Specialist reviews, analyzes, and evaluates customization and new features offered in a Product’s features. This position reports to the Product Manager.

Requirements

• Make our global product strategy locally relevant and influence global product roadmap, and provide regular product updates and insights to our teams and partners.
• Able to translate stakeholders requirement to product features and provide clear instruction and guideline to all internal and external parties for appropriate product launch
• Monitors all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing.
• Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
• Regularly engage with clients and agencies together to stay attuned to their challenges and needs.

Responsibilities

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product specialist function in technology industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with good business judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to structure analyses and draw data-driven insights.
• Ability to collaborate well across organization, across functions and levels
