Job Description
Our client, which is a famous restaurant portal website in HK with presence in Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand etc., is seeking a candidate.
(Permanent job employed directly by our client)
(Benefits: 5-day, 12AL+ birthday leave, medical, dental etc.)
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor and maintain both hardware and software on data center or cloud platform to meet SLA standard;
- Understand platform compatibility, perform system tuning, and making recommendations for improvement;
- Monitor WAN traffic, troubleshooting with ISP or other related parties;
- Research and implement new technology, follow best practices and procedures that could improve our services;
- Backup/Restore, Capacity Planning;
You should possess:
- Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent;
- 2+ years of experience in supporting an Internet website infrastructure;
- Knowledge on Linux and open-source technology (e.g. Nginx, CouchBase, Solr, Redis, MongoDB).
- Knowledge on Juniper Switch and networking
- Independent, good problem solving skills and as a good team player;
