Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest IT solutions providers in HK, is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
5-day, permanent, 12AL, medical, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the team to perform IT administration and project management
- To collaborate with vendor, internal team and business partners to complete customer project in time;
- To supervise support team for project delivery with focus on varies networking solutions to the clients;
- To prepare the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget;
- To act as the escalation point when issues arise with vendor's resources / services and managing any dispute or conflict;
- To develop the team member to enhance their technical skills and non-technical side
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or discipline related to computing or information system;
- Minimum 7 years IT post qualification experience and 3 years in supervisory role;
- Knowledge on Windows, Cisco, IPT Telephony or Checkpoint Firewall, Watchguard etc;
