Our client is a multinational management consulting firm (a Fortune Global 500 company) that provides strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations service with more than 400,000 employees in over 120 countries. This company is specialized in working on large-scale projects with the market leaders in APAC. It is currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join them.   

Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize and analyze the user requirements and deliver to the team members
• Work with project team and different business stakeholders to propose CRM or other digital solution approaches
• Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with user requirements
• Maintain timely communications with business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure the solution has been delivered according to the overall user requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in driving / managing digital projects with at least 2 years of experience in CRM related projects
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience in different kinds of CRM platform (e.g.: SalesForce, Dynamics CRM, Emarsys, SAP, etc.) would be an advantage
• With Scrum/Agile Methodology knowledge would be an advantage
• Previous China/Regional exposure is a plus
