Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years or above experience in Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V), software quality assurance, and/or business analysis.
• Hands-on working experience in business requirements/functional specification review, requirements tracing, QA/UAT test planning and execution.
• Knowledge in Requirements IV&V including traceability analysis; review of requirements for completeness and feasibility.
• Experience to work directly with business users and development teams to collect, analyze business requirement information.
• Able to lead IV&V specialist.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.
• Hospitality or gaming working experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Review user requirement document, functional specification and other system development life cycle (SDLC) documentations.
• Lead and perform requirements tracing to assure that the system requirements meet the business needs.
• Identify and prepare test requirements from user requirement document/functional specification.
• Lead and review test plans, test cases and provide feedback to ensure adequate and appropriate test coverage.
• Review and assess test results to ensure test quality.
• Lead and execute activities required to verify and validate the system deliverables for business.
• Support QA/UAT testing.
