Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hands-on role including systems testing, network and server installation & configuration, day-to-day support covering end-user desktopand business applications.
- Internal technical support, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Monitor network, operation system and surveillance to ensure the stability of service.
- Perform regular data backup and server administration.
Requirement
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 1 year working experience in IT support.
- Basic Knowledge in computer hardware and software
- Knowledge in TCP/IP, Network, Windows Desktop
- Fresh graduate with good attitude is also welcome.
