About the Role
- Provide 2nd tier support and guide engineer on Router OR Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
- Assist to investigate on security incidents
- Provide suggestions & recommendations advisory for improvement
About the Person
- Higher Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- 3 to 9 years' working experience in IT Network or Infrastructure field
- Knowledge in Router, firewall OR IDS/IPS will be an advantage
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
- Applicant with more experience will be considered for a senior role
