Responsibilities:

• To assist in supervising the preparatory work for library materials.
• To prepare information of e-resources for online access and promotion and coordinate with concerned parties in enhancing the e-resource delivered through Library system.
• To monitor the stability of library’s webpage and provide immediate technical support.
• To oversee the management of daily operation
• Handle Ad-hoc projects
• To participate in in-service training of supporting staff
• Assist in Library administration and management

Requirements:

• University Degree with ‘Level ‘ 3 or above in Chinese and English in DSE or ;Grade E in Chinese and English (Syllabus B) in HKCEE 
• At least one year full time working experience, preferable with customer service
• Good written command in Chinese and English
• Good communication skill
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point and Chinese typing
