Key Responsibilities

• Mainly responsible for management the onsite support team at HQ, support the HK DC, factories and remote offices operations across different countries
• Act as the Project Manager to drive internal/external expertise for EUC related projects
• Provide third level support for some complex EUC problems
• EUC related technologies(printing, wireless projection, meeting room, end user machines,…) evaluation, business case presentation, PoC, policy, design and standard
• Provide support to top Managements (SVP and above) including holidays and non-office hours
• Work with Application support and infrastructure team to resolve end users reported issues

Requirements

• Degree in IT disciplines, preferably in Information System/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• At least 8-10 experience in IT support or EUC related area is needed
• Familiar with ITIL processes, manage the SLA and KPI
• Proactive and lead the projects independently
• Vendor management and contract negotiation
• Excellent communications in English/Cantonese
