Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support of daily Server operation with patch management and problem resolution
- Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
- Good knowledge to handling operations of similar scale and nature and with proficient in Microsoft Windows 2008/2012, Linux, MS Windows Win7/Win8/Win10, Active Directory
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- At least 4 years working experience in IT industry
- Preferable certifications would include MCP, CCNA, LPI
- Support experiences on Microsoft Windows 2008/2012, Linux, MS Windows Win7/Win8/Win10, Active Directory, and other networking equipment
- Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure
- Good communicate skills in English and Chinese
