Requirements:

• Tertiary education preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Admin. or related disciplines

• 3 years experience in managing online marketing platforms across Google Adwords and DoubleClick, Google Analytics 360, Bing, Baidu Adcenter and Facebook Ad Manager

• Consulting Experience on Digital Transformation would be a plus

• Hands-on experience in SEM & SEO

• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media preferred

• Business level in English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Good research and analytical skills

• Good entrepreneurial skills and team spirit

• Passionate about working in a very hands-on, fast-moving startup environment

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and analyze Search Engine Marketing and social media across multiple platforms including Adwords, Bing, Baidu, Facebook and Weibo to achieve user acquisition and conversion goals

• Daily management and maintenance of online campaigns including keyword generation, ad copy writing, A/B testing, bid management and landing page optimization

• Implement tracking tools to generate conversion insights for SEM campaigns

• Implement SEO to improve organic search ranking and traffic

• Analyze report data and look for optimization opportunities to improve overall effectiveness and ROI in online marketing campaigns

• Formulate and execution of marketing plan; establish and strength social media network; internet marketing research and analysis; market trend and customer online behaviour studies.
