Job Description
Our Client is one of the Top Transportation Service Provider with great market share across the Globe. They are currently looking for a new headcount in the Global IT team to look after the relationship between the business units and IT, bring changes to the program and business process from both business and IT perspectives, as well as continuously ensuring IT works as a Business Partner to the Business Divisions. The right candidate will be expected to work as a team lead to deliver changes, process re-engineering, new development and implementation of business systems and development projects according to the business requirements, and act as a key contact for the business users, stakeholders, and other IT teams to plan the projects strategically according to the business objectives, and provide excellent IT’s vision, value and service as recommended. Besides the right candidate will be given the exposure to the latest Digital Technologies and will be expected to bring in, further develop and modify the principals and concepts of their digital strategies. This role will not require to be hands on for implementation but expertise in how systems and business can drive improvement in processes is an absolutely key.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent
- 7+ years in Logistic or Supply Chain IT with a strong tracked record of Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management on Business systems (ERP and other back office systems) and digital technologies (web, e-commerce, mobile & cloud)
- Strong tracked record of providing solutions on potential changes or business process re-engineering
- PMP certified is preferred
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively with Stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Able to travel
