An insurance company is currently looking for a Business Analyst to analyze, document and drive requirements for functional enhancements on the insurance systems. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator with a strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Business Stakeholders to identify and compose functional requirements
• Provide written and verbal communications to the Management Team and Business Users on project status updates, functional changes and recommendations
• Schedule program/project meetings and provide tracking and coordination support
• Conduct cross functional analysis to identify process gaps and potential system enhancements, identify and propose business solutions
• Collaborate with programmers and testers on software test plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Understanding of Insurance industry
• Knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle  and SQL and .Net programming
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
•  Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
