Job Description:

 -   Communicate with clients and provide software technical support 

-   Update and maintain firmware / software issue and revisions of existing products

-   To prepare technical documents or training materials

 -   Provide Software / System Testing & Implementation

Requirement:

-   Fluent of speak & write Mandarin & English is a must

-   An excellent working knowledge of PC, Printers, and Scanner

-   Programming languages (e.g. Javascript, VB.Net, MSSQL Server) is an       advantage

-    Excellent communication skill to with our clients

-   The ability to develop and interpret technical plan

-    A creative approach to problem solving

-    2 years working experience is required
