A)  Maintenance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage technical and transition project implementation;
• Participate and assist in the design and development of technical solutions for customers;
• Manage all areas of the delivery of projects, including project scope, risks, budget and resources, both internally and externally;
• Provide support to the integration of bids/projects, including Due Diligence exercises;
• Build and maintain close relationships with customers and suppliers through all phases of needs assessment and solution implementation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT industry, with at least 5 years of experience in IT project management;

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and managerial oversight and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of 7 x 24 Services
• Advanced understanding of business technology drivers to  provide DEVOPS best practices
• Working closely with teams to deliver high quality, highly available software solutions under DEVOPS environment.
• Provide operational intelligence by deploying and maintaining solutions for logging, monitoring, alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues together with the engineering teams and prevent future issues.

Requirement and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields
• 4 years of experience working on Infrastructure or Platform Support
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and core Internet protocols.
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS and Google is required).
• Strong experience with SQL and MySQL (e.g. NoSQL, Mongo and Redis).

• Hands on experience in large scale WMS & EDI setup, implementation and support
• Knowledge in latest technology such as IoT and Industry 4.0 automation

8.   System Architect/System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to application developers with hands on coding exposure;
• Define technology roadmap, blueprint, and development best practice;
• Design and develop highly distributed large scale application systems;
• Conduct technical training to developers, perform testing & code review to ensure quality and compliance;
• Align technology and practice in different development teams in various countries;

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science with minimum 8 years’ experience;
• Experience in high volume and distributed global application development;
• Proficient in Java / Node.js / Angular.js / Golang / React Native / MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL;
• Practical experience in Microservices / DevOps preferred;
• Knowledge of AWS product spectrum such as Aurora, S3, Lamdba;
