Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales & post-sales support for the Company products
• Prepare technical proposal, response to RFP & RFQ for sales teams
• Conduct trainings, presentations & demonstrations on the Company products and solutions to internal teams and customers
• Assist in consolidating user requirements and related documents
• Provide supports on project kick-off and on-going project management services

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information System.
• 5+ years’ IT experience in solution consulting, project implementation;
• A good team player, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good in presentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in technical document writing is a must
• Experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Procurement Management System is preferred
• Qualification in security (such as CISSP, CISM) and network (CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP) is an advantage
• Experience in IT security audit or compliance (such as security risk assessment and security audit, ISO27001) is advantage
• Experience in HKSAR Government / Enterprise Customer project is an advantage
• Previous experience of VITOVA products is an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
