Job Description
Job Brief:
- Responsible for providing IT Tier 1 and Tier 2 support services and coordination
- Myriad experience perfect for mid-entry level professional to BOOST their career

Job Description:
- Provide End to End support for internal end users
- Perform system installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Provide technical support on MS platform including System and Server
- Coordinate with Infra Support Service Desk and other technical teams for resolution
- Make diagnosis of internal system hardware and software problems
- Provide full IT support, help desk service and internal Root Cause Analysis regularly
Skills Required:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT industry as IT Support role
- Solid Experience with supporting MS platform & applications
- MCSE/MCP/CCNA certificate holder is an advantage
- Great interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Great perseverance and hard-working characteristics is a plus
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
