Our client, one of the most leading investment bank from Australia, is looking for a Security Consultant to lead the security design & review inputs to a new banking platform. The bank would also have the candidate assisting on other security projects throughout APAC region.

Job Requirements:

• Monitor, analyse, and detect Cyber events and incidents within information systems and corporate networks
• Coordinate and maintain security toolsets to support organizations’ continuous monitoring
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments across information and security
• Communicate effectively with both technology and non-technology literate audiences at all levels of seniority
• Ensure technical designs are aligned to corporate technology standards
• Writing up process that either may not be documented or may not even exist

Job Responsibilities:

• Degree in Computer Science with at least 3 years of Information Security experience
• Experienced with security principles, approaches, and technologies including ISO 27001/2, COBIT, or NIST will be an advantage
• Experience with cyber security vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and the tools/techniques will be preferable
• Pursuing or possession of Security+, CISSP, CISA, or a related Certification is an added advantage
