Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on IT infrastructure systems;
• Support and maintain firewall, network switch, Wifi , Antivirus, LAN / WAN / Internet;
• Maintain Windows Active Directory, Exchange system, VMware, backup system;
• Perform regular health check and monitoring of systems;
• Plan, design and implement IT infrastructure projects;
• Perform ad hoc task as required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent;
• Holder of CCNA / MCSE / MCITP / VCP is preferred;
• 3-5 years working experience in Server and Network administration;
• Experience in firewall / switch / wifi / LAN / WAN administration;
• Experience in network and security project design and implementation;
• Knowledge of Fortigate, Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco Switch, Ironport, Citrix Netscaler preferred;
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Exchange 2013, VMware 6.0, BackupExec preferred;
• Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive and good team player;
• Willing to work in non-office hour when necessary;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Less experience may be considered as IT Administrator.
