Responsibilities 

• Manage Samsung Pay merchant engagement and acceptance, including new merchant acquisition, business contract negotiation, merchant training and follow up.
• Formulate Samsung Pay merchant offerings and promotions to acquire new users and increase active users.
• Oversee Samsung Theme Store, including local content sourcing, operations and management.
• Explore and manage business partnership, new services, and marketing activities to support device launching including Smart phones, tablet and wearables.
• Work independently with internal and external stakeholders to roll out and execute promotion and marketing activities.
• Works closely with Samsung Headquarters to provide technical solution and support for Samsung’s Services, including Galaxy Apps Store, Samsung Gear, and Bixby, etc.
• Track, measure and report the services and marketing activities performance to business manager on regularly basis
• Take responsibility for administration duties

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Development, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 8 years working experience
• IT application systems experience and exposure on the adoption of the latest technologies, especially product and services development of Internet of Things (IoT), mobile payment, big data, etc.
• Solid experience in digital product development/ project management / marketing /mobile content / partnership/ merchant engagement is preferred
• Strong self-motivation, mature and independent with excellent problem-solving skill
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively interact at a senior executive level
• Good PC skills e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing and familiar with Google Analytics
• Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Content & Services
