Responsibilities
- Helpdesk hotline call handling
- To solve customers' technical problems (phone & email)
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Hands-on knowledge on various commonly used PC and email software
- Patient with good problem solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- For candidate with more experience, will be considered as Senior Technical Service Executive
