Your Mission:

• Achieve good customer relations and customer satisfaction
• Meet customers’ needs and handle customer’s requirements
• Respond to customer’s enquiries and complaints
• Respond to emergency situations and work with colleagues to implement temporary and long terms solutions
• Conduct regular reviews with customer to identify their satisfaction level and proactively address the potential issues 
• Serve as a reliable, accessible and effective escalation point for the customer on severe service matters
• Provide detailed reviews of incidents resulted in severe service disruption and communicate service improvement plan
• Report to service department manager

Your Profile:

• A degree holder of  Information Technology or related disciplines
• CCNP/JNCIE/JNCIP/GIAC/CEH/CISSP certificate is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in Pre/Post-Sale or product engineer role.
• Solid experience and knowledge in TCP/IP, IGPs, BGP, GRE and DNS is a must
• Experience in BGP peering/transit routing policy management and tuning is a must
• Sound knowledge on modern Internet technologies and businesses
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellence in project and time management
• Able to travel occasionally to other offices or customer sites
