A Fast East Trading Company in Kowloon Bay is looking for an IT Support staff with requirements as below :

Job Duties :

• Assist in IT operational activities and services
• Install, configure and maintain Windows PC and Macintosh
• Software / hardware basic installation and configuration
• General network support to end users such as LAN, wireless connection issue, etc...
• Assist in Admin duties and facility management
• Work at other sites may be required

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma in IT related disciplines
• knowledge in Microsoft Windows & Office products
• Basic knowledge on Networking
• Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• 1-2 years relevant working experiences will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate would be considered
