Duties :

• Provide operation support and system monitoring of ITsystems
• Provide hardware and software maintenance support to users and perform system health check
• Provide installation, maintenance, upgrade and relocation services on desktop hardware, peripherals and applications
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, provide assistance in response to IT incidents
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• Perform other support duties as assigned by supervisors 

Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE graduate or above, IT or computer-related qualification is an advantage
• Hands on experience in Networking, Office Automation, PC LAN Support and Windows 7 / 8 / 10, experience in Linux / Unix environment is an advantage;
• Experience in PC hardware installation, network and printer setup and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN or internet technologies
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, willing to learn, responsible and can work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in similar capacity is preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
