Responsibility:

• Work closely with Associate Director, Business Analytics and Data Intelligent Management to Develop insight from data and conduct research to identify business opportunity and risk control for medical business
• Support the line manager to work with different key stakeholders and service providers to develop a holistic strategy on product and service development
• Use data analytics to generate insights from claims transaction data, external actuarial, science and technology research
• Generate insights from mobile health and claims transaction data, external actuarial, science and technology research to support product development and strategy formulation
• Support New Initiatives Execution to develop a value proposition for customers; support the execution of new initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of working experience in data mining, data modeling, business analytics, ideally with experience in predictive analytics;
• Experience in Large financial institution (Banking, Insurance...Etc.)
• Equip a data science or actuarial related qualification
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis techniques, knowledge of data analytical software will be an advantage
• Experience in health insurance product development and management is preferred
• Strong business sense to combine with analytics to help drive decisions
• Good communication skills to technical and business experts, to transform complex data into simple terms
