Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business Group to understand the internal business and provide feasible solution to support the Business Digital Transformation
• Coordinate with the Global Project Team to deliver the Global Systems including Finance and HR ERP, and lead the implementation of regional systems deployment
• Lead the development team to design, develop and support the regional automation solution especially for HR and Finance solution
• Lead the Application Support team to support all Global Enterprise Solutions which included but not limited to Oracle EBS, JDE, Microsoft CRM and SharePoint
• Lead the technical support team to support all Global Technical Software which included but not limited to AutoDesk and Bentley products
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders especially with the senior management
• Maintain the proper Change Management for all regional application development especially for HR and Finance system
• Maintain process and system training documents to facilitate knowledge transfer and self-reliance for both business and technical users
• Provide advice to business functions, collect and analyze change or enhancement request, and lead technical solution design discussion
• Facilitate the procedure and process changes of the concerned business functions in relation to the application implementation or enhancement
• Define technical tests and conduct UAT process with business users
• Provide regular project updates and risk assessment to project stakeholders
• Ensure system projects / change requests are delivered within schedule and budget

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 15 years of experience in application development role with at least 5 years in managerial level
• With knowledge in Global and Regional System Implementation and experience in engineering and consulting business would be an advantage
• With knowledge in local financial and data privacy regulations in Asia region
• Proven track record of managing business process re-engineering and digital transformation project
• Solid experience in ERP Solution especially with HRMS and Accounting System
• Solid experience in Financial Reporting and Business Intelligent
• Excellent project management skills (holder of PMP / Price2 will be an advantage)
• Experience with project management follows agile methodologies
• Strong analytical mindset and able to manage complexity with good problem solving skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills, enjoy hosting and presenting in front of big group
• With ability to work well with all levels of the company, especially with senior business leaders
• Able to work independently on complex tasks which require analysis and action
• High attention to detail and risk
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
