Job Duties:

n   Plan and execute project activities under the responsible areas or team.

n   Interact effectively with internal & external customers.

n   Conduct detailed user requirements analysis and design.

n   Perform application system analysis, design and enhancement.

n   Ensure all agreed products and deliverables meet schedule and the required level of quality.

n   Manage the programming resources to ensure the compliance of defined development standard.

n   Analyze issues raised and devise solution for the issues.

n   Facilitate communication and manage technical issues and personnel.

n   Update system documentations & deliver the agreed products or project deliverables.

n   Monitor and keep track of tasks assigned to team members.

Job Requirements:

n   University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.

n   At least 7 years of IT experience.

n   At least 3 years of system analysis and design experience in J2EE applications.

n   Strong in J2EE, Java, MS SQL, PL/SQL

n   Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.

n   Development / support experience in JBoss platform is preferable.

n   Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, and highly presentable.

n   With Team Leading experience would be an advantage.

n   Familiar with Government IT project(s) would be an advantage.
