Our client is a renowned multinational insurance company and financial services provider who is looking for a talented and experienced Business System Analyst to join the fast growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize user requirement studies, conduct business requirement analysis, system design walkthru and documentation
• Work with business stakeholders, system development team in system design, development and deployment process
• Coordinate changes in requirements, schedule with project managers
• Conduct system testing and develop implementation plans to ensure smooth transition to production
• Establish detailed acceptance test procedures by joint testing with users, documentation of procedures and training of end-user on the system
• Coordinate with test leads, project management, business analysts, designers, developers and business partners to ensure expectations are met
• Provide quality assurance activities, ensuring processes are followed and key documents (across disciplines) are managed in accordance with SLDC or agile methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major
• Over 4 years of solid working experience in financial/insurance industry
• Strong business analysis and testing experience
• Advanced Quality Centre (QC) /Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Chinese (must) and English
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
